PARENTS OF NEW
6TH GRADE STUDENTS
The Alabama
Department of Public Health has issued a new immunization requirement for
students
entering into 6th grade.
In order for your child to
register for 6th grade for the 2013-14 school year, they are required
to have a booster dose
of Tdap (tetanus-diptheria-acellular pertussis) vacine. This is required
before they begin the school year in August.
Please be advised to bring an updated immunization record (blue slip) on the
day of registration. If we do not receive
the updated immunization record, your child will NOT be able to
register or enter school for the 2013-14 academic
school year.
